I have shares from .0005 to.0015 there are going to be some that take their profit and go. There is also the reason company's go pink and that is to raise money. I am in the process of doing that know in my business and I have a better chance of being appointed the Pope. Value dilution describes the reduction in the current price of a stock due to the increase in the number of shares. This generally occurs when shares are issued in exchange for the purchase of a business, and incremental income from the new business must be at least the Return on equity (ROE) of the old business. When the purchase price includes goodwill, this becomes a higher hurdle to clear. That is why compnys go public, not to make penny dreamers rich over night, but to establish a business over time, not overnight, which will make us all some $$$$$. You are right there is a valid reason. AUCI
